How to sign up

Follow these steps — it's quick and easy.

  1. Log in to your self-serve portal

    Not registered? Sign up for your online access.

  2. Click “Outage notifications” on your Account Summary page

    Look for the outage notifications icon under the “Additional services” section.

  3. Add your mobile phone number, email address or both

    Choose to be notified by text message and/or email — whatever works best for you.

  4. Save your settings

    A confirmation message will be displayed once you successfully register.

For example, customers who live in condominiums that are bulk-metered and select residential homes. We understand how valuable these updates are and apologize for the inconvenience. If you’re unable to sign up for outage notifications due to this system limitation, you can still stay informed using our other outage tools and resources, including our outage map and live outage chat, available through our Outage Hub, or by following us on X.
